1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS

ApexReno offers subscription services. The terms for the subscription are as follows:

• The first month's service fee will be refunded if the agreed upon amount of 'quote-ready leads' is failed to be delivered by the end of the service period
• Second month, and later months, will no longer be eligible for this refund
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but the service fee will not be refunded

3. QUOTE-READY LEADS

'Quote-ready leads' are leads we have sourced and have qualified through questions. This may be adjusted by request from the client, at which point we aim to deliver the lead using the requested procedure. By default we qualify through any combination of the following: Online Forms, Phone Calls, SMS, Email.

4. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

Any images or content provided to us by our clients for the purpose of our services will not be used for other clients. ApexReno reserves the right to use any images or content provided by our clients for our own promotional materials.

5. AGE RESTRICTIONS

Users must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and that you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes or claims relating to our services should be directed to admin@apexreno.co.uk

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

ApexReno may collate various third-party services in one place but does not vet these services. Users acknowledge that ApexReno is not responsible for the content or availability of any such services.

8. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

ApexReno reserves the right to blacklist or refuse service to any business or customer, based on any information, with no need to disclose reasoning. In the case this happens mid-subscription, then a partial refund may be possible:

ApexReno reserves the right to:

• Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that ApexReno shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.
• Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
